Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using this web site. This Privacy Policy will provide you with information regarding what information MBI Products Company, Inc (hereafter referred to as "MBI") collects and how MBI may share the collected information. Acceptance of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted through the MBI web site. Use of the site indicates that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy. Further, by using the site, you consent to MBI’s use of the information that is collected or submitted as provided for in this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies to your use of the site, any content, including without limit, text, data, information, magnetic translation, digital conversion, software, scripts, graphics, photographs, design, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, and the design and organization thereof that may be available through the site and any services that may be provided through the site.

 

Information Collected

MBI may receive and store information you enter or provide to use through your use of the MBI web site. For example, you may enter or provide MBI information that MBI may receive and store when you request a sample, register, participate in any services provided by MBI, or send MBI an email or other type of correspondence. The information may include:

  • b. your mailing address;

  • c. your email address;

  • d. your phone number;

  • e. your credit card information;

  • f. other personal or preference information you provide to MBI; and,

  • g. information you provide to MBI about other people, including but not limited to, the name and address of a gift recipient.

 

MBI will never request any credit card information, user name, password, or any other personal information from you through email. This is an attempt to steal your personal information known as "phishing." If you receive an email that looks like it is sent by MBI and is asking you for any type of personal information, delete the email and do not respond.

Upon accessing the site, MBI may receive, collect, and record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a web site including, for example, the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the date and time you access the site; and, the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to the site. MBI may use this information to monitor the usage of the site and as necessary for MBI’s business. This information does not include personal information.

MBI may receive information about you from other sources. This information may allow MBI to improve the level of service offered to you through product recommendations or special offers that may be of interest to you.

MBI may receive and store information received from you through your use and interaction with the MBI web site, such as, but not limited to, information obtained through the use of "cookies" or alphanumeric identifiers that MBI transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser. MBI may share information with carefully selected vendors, business partners and other organizations, which are not part of MBI. These companies and organizations may use the information MBI shares to provide special opportunities and offers to you.

These third-Party sites have their own policies regarding privacy. MBI may have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for any web sites or resources that are provided by the Third-Party sites, or the content, privacy policies, or practices of any these third-Party sites. MBI may also share information with companies that provide support services to MBI (such as a printer, mailing house or web host) or that help MBI market MBI’s products and services. These companies may need information about you in order to perform their functions. These companies are not authorized to use the information MBI shares with them for any other purpose.

MBI may disclose information you provide to MBI when MBI believes disclosure is appropriate to comply or conform with the law; to comply with legal process served on MBI; to enforce or apply our Terms of Use Agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of MBI, the MBI web site, users of the MBI web site, or third parties.

In the event that MBI should sell or transfer some or all of the business assets of the MBI web site, MBI generally would transfer the corresponding information regarding MBI customers and users of the MBI web site. Additionally, MBI may also retain a copy of that information.
