If it’s broken, this guy can fix it. Don Clark, Head Superintendent, performs daily building and equipment maintenance. His knack for problem-solving comes in handy at MBI’s facilities, where colleagues refer to him as the MacGyver of the team. Don also has a hand in the design and engineering of the plant’s equipment. The laid back but professional ethic at the company suits Don’s relaxed personality, and he enjoys the broad variety of his job responsibilities. No two days are alike!

Outside of work, you’ll find Don doing something active—riding motorcycles, hunting outdoors, remodeling houses, or tinkering with something mechanical.
